Any news on updates on for the mini 3 Pro rc. Mine is still on 1.13.1

Its something i dont use waypoints but maybe i should .always seems theres an update after a big update recently

So glad to see this update. Yesterday morning I did a number of waypoint flights with no problem then yesterday afternoon updated to 1.13.8 and saw that I had forgot one of my waypoint flights so went back to fly that one and the app kept crashing but the drone would fly fine when not trying the waypoint mission. It now looks like it should work. Thanks for the info and keep up the good work.

We nailed it! Waypoints is working again in DJI Fly 1.13.9!

everybody wants to spy on us, its been going on now for about 30 years....... the best one i saw about thuis was recently on youtube where police stopped a young bloke walking down a high street and they had the cheek to tell him to take off his facemask and sunglass as they wanted to make sure the cameras around could pick up his facial recognition !!! a passer by quickly jumps in and says this is not law now leave him alone and they walked off, but 3 cops ran up and pulling him to say this just shows the crazy crap going around .... the whole world has gone nuts for wanting to know if and when we even fart its crazy..... but like you i would NOT want to give my flying information freely to dji or anyone else.....

Hello Gavin. great inf oas usual. are all these new updates als ofor the older drones like the mini 2 ? reason i ask is we all know that we are supposed to keep our drones and controllers up to date and when these updates come out they do not mention anything about the mini 2 ? is it advisable for everyone to update or just the latest drones..

Gavin - LOL some things in the consumer drone industry never change! DJI, like other Chinese manufacturers, loves to rush out untested updates that are often half baked. Since my Hubsan 501 quadcopter days I've painfully learned to sit back and let you YT guys light the fuse on these 'new and improved' updates and wait for the fireworks to begin.😲🤣 My old guy take is, if it ain't broke don't fix it!😁 Fly App: 1.12.4 MP4 FW: 01.00.0300 RC-N2 FW: 01.01.0200 As always, cheers from Thailand young fella!

Having some problems Gavin, just done a factory re-set and re- uploading - fingers crossed it will work great video

Any ideas why my mini 4 pro sounds like its stalling in mid air osculating in the air sounds like someone's revving a car on and of thing is bugging me I'm sure uts going to fall from the sky..😁👍👌 🇬🇧

Have they put way points for the mini 2?

So many updates with so many problems/bugs. It is about time that they got the trainees/apprentices out of the software development and properly test what gets released to Joe public. I have not updated in months now and so glad of it. Thanks for the heads up though Gavin.

Downloaded this morning and update was 1.13.9 for rc2 and is latest on dji website

Are the frequency limitations hard coded into the firmware by region or are they dynamically enabled/disabled by the geo location? i.e., I'm a US based flier with the appropriate hardware/firmware/software for my location. If I go to Europe with my Mini 4 Pro will it automatically geld itself when it sees that I'm in Europe?

Bug in this DJI Fly update (1.13.8). Any newly saved waypoint missions will crash the DJI Fly app when loaded back in.. I have RC2 and Air 3.. other users are experiencing the same issue, not just me.

I just wondering why you never mentioned the Air 3 even talk about Air 3 just in a second about for the new firmwear upgrade both the drone and the RC2 issue~ the world does not only the Mini 4 Pro exists, the new DJI Fly 1.13.8 updates also included the firmwear for the Air 3, why did you guys only focus on the Mini 4 Pro but not Air 3 drone?

Have you had anyone say there drone is upto date even thou it's not.. I had this problem last time...ive tried a few times

Waypoint problem after update to day. saved waypoints give a error message when opening (fly app stops).

Hi Gavin, just connected my Air 3 and RC to update and a further update must have occurred as it is now DJi Air 3 Vo1.00.1400 and the remote is now DJI RC 2 V02.0100. Thank You for keeping us updated. Nigel G

Interesting to see you so cool with the wind. When this happened to me I panicked. Can you do a video on best tactics in high wind situations? Also I got the original controller with the screen for my Mini 3 Pro and ditched the phone controller, and when I use the right scroll wheel to try and zoom it says unable to zoom, but if I click on the screen on the 1x it does then zoom?

Updated both app and firmware yesterday and at least on my phone the waypoints mission planning function is broken! If I try to load a mission planned from the map after the update the app crashes

Hey Gazzzassss, supadupa vidills, my conundrum is i have a mini 3pro, and the FREE FCC HACK from Gil, that you input through the bottom of the rcn1. If i get the mini 4, I'll be ce, and i can't afford the drone tweaks annual fee, as I'm a destitute pensioner, because i waste all my pension on drones. So, is the mini 4 on ce as good as the mini 3 on fcc? Ce doesn't even give 300m, as you show, so i have to use fcc at all costs. So, mini 4 on ce gets what range????, because mini 3 on fcc gets almost 3km in busy areas.

I have the RC-n1, and don’t have any problems tbh. The only reason why I would get the other one is I can fly the drone further away and it stays connected

Watched this last night, got up this morning (28th) updated fly app but no updates for controller or the aircraft.

That was a huge update my end a good 20mins download & my transmission is running the 5.8ghz but iam in Se. Asia maybe that's why iam getting the 5.8ghz transmission..thanks for the update mate.

I am here on June 27, 2024 at 11:00 p.m. and my mini 4 pro, class C1: DJI Fly version. 1.13.8, drone software V01.00.0600, RC N2 software 01.00.0300. Hyperlaps works!!!

Will this update brick dji drones in the states, I’m worried that they’ll brick it thru updates

@GavinHR Download the updated manual that has just been released for the Mini 4 Pro from the DJI site, On Page 113 it goes in to the detail of Enhanced Transmission. DJI have a cellular dongle that attaches to the aircraft. Love your channel 👍
